We are loving the Paladin Roast coffee! We were with another coffee company, but due to bad customer service and constantly late shipments. We wanted to find a new Company. My Daughter is a gamer and has been following them for a while on X and told me about them. So we ordered our First Bag. We loved how promptly the order was confirmed, made and shipped. A great decaf
I had to switch to decaf recently and I've been trying to find a roaster with a blend I like. Monk Roast definitely fits the bill! It's a very smooth and balanced medium roast, works great as a Hario V60 or Kalita Wave pour over. For pour over, I'd suggest using less agitation and a slightly coarser grind than for non-decaf. I'm happy I get to have my coffee without all the jitters now!
