Frequently Asked Questions

Shipping and ordering
When will my order ship?

All coffee is roasted AFTER you place your order to ensure you only receive the freshest possible product. This means that most orders will generally ship out the next business day after the order is placed.

Where is my order confirmation?

You should receive an order confirmation shortly after your order is placed. Sometimes these can end up in your junk/spam folder.

If you have any issues locating your order information, feel free to send us an email at info@dragonroast.coffee and we can help look into it for you!

What do I do If my order was marked as delivered but it was not?

Please try checking with your neighbors and your postal delivery person. Also check around your normal delivery place to see if it’s been put somewhere different. Sometimes carriers will mark packages as being delivered but not actually deliver them until the next day.

Unfortunately, we do not have any additional information than what you have received. Once we hand off the package to USPS, it’s in their hands to ensure delivery.

If you still aren't able to get an answer from the shipping company, reach out to us with your name and order # at info@dragonroast.coffee and we will look into it and send out a replacement if needed.

What if my product arrives damaged?

We appreciate your business and want to make it right. Please email us at info@dragonroast.coffee with your name and order number and a description of the issue you’re experiencing and we will work to make it right.

What if I get the incorrect order?

Hey, sometimes even dragons make mistakes. Please email us at info@dragonroast.coffee with your name and order number and a description of the issue you’re experiencing and we will send you a correct, replacement order!

Coffee questions
When do you roast your beans?

All of our coffee is roasted to order, which means you will ALWAYS get the freshest and best coffee possible! We roast Monday-Friday and will ship out your order the next business day.

Are your coffees fair trade?

All of the beans we use are certified fair trade. We take pride in only working with distributors that ensure farms are paying fair wages to their employees and maintaining safe working environments.

Why is your coffee more expensive than (insert place here)?

We only source the highest quality coffee, from farms that pay their employees higher than industry standard wages. It is important to us to support livable wages and because of this we pay slightly more for the beans we import.
