This is roast is excellent!
I picked this up at the GDex conference in Columbus, Ohio. After trying it at home, I immediately ordered 2 more for myself and a some different varieties for sampling and for gifts.

Aromatic, Smooth, and Subtlely Delicious
When you peek a smell at the bag of coffee (Ground because I don't have time to grind), you certainly catch the subtle apple flavors and viscerally experience the sense of justice awaiting to smite your preferred coffee maker. My French Press has never experienced a sacred oath so divine. It almost exploded due to the inferior grounds set in it prior. If you want even the smallest glimpse of experiencing Divine Health, buy this coffee!

Subtle yet delicious!
Alright so like, I went into this after smelling the beans and thinking like "woah, that's gonna be a lot" but after a little grinding and taking the time to brew these beans they still have that wonderful late fall and early winter flavor about them Truthfully I wish that I could order this flavor ALL the time it is definitely a new favorite at home, make sure to stock up on extra just in case.
Hell I don't even usually dig dark roasts, but the lightness of the apple brings it up to a bit more of a medium roast for me, just complicated and delicious in all the right ways, I would give it more stars if I could!!

Well-balanced medium roast
This coffee is a smooth medium roast experience with a hint of sweetness. It brings some acidity in the way coffee should with no bitterness. I am a big light roast drinker but I have enjoyed this medium a lot!

I just finished off a 6oz bag and I wish I had more! Very nice apple pie flavor and the beans wake me up. Hopefully I can get more before it’s gone.
