Welcome to Dragon Roast Coffee – where fantasy meets the rich aroma of freshly roasted beans. Born from a love for coffee and a passion for tabletop role-playing games (TTRPGs), we embarked on a quest to create a coffee brand that resonates with adventurers, gamers, and enthusiasts alike. Our story began around a gaming table, where the idea sparked: why not make coffee an inclusive experience for everyone? We noticed many of our fellow gamers were intrigued by coffee but felt overwhelmed by its complexities. That's where Dragon Roast Coffee comes in – a brand that simplifies the coffee experience without compromising on quality or fun.

from 315 reviewsThe good of it is that I was able to try the Necromancer flavor and enjoyed it immensely. Unfortunately, I think Necromancer is too strong and killed my coffee maker!
This is a joke of course. The Keurig did indeed die, but it wasn't because of the coffee. The coffee itself was great and once I've replaced my now-defunct Keurig, I'll likely be buying more (after I go through this initial set).
I love this roast, its very smooth with no acidity or bitterness. The flavors are subtle but there.
Went in to buy some roasts for the hubby. We are big DnD fans. We had such an amazing experience we were able to see the shop, meet the creators and smell upcoming blends. Such a memorable experience
Delicuous coffee and cute packaging! Cant wait to give some out as gifts!
Tldr: 10/10 would drink again
Oathbreaker is so good! The flavor isn't so overpowering that you can't taste the coffee itself. The tasting notes described are very accurate and make the aftertaste of the coffee just as pleasant as actively drinking it. I can't wait to try some of their other flavors. I am a little sad that Oathbreaker is limited edition as I liked it so much, but I think that's part of what makes it so special.
This is currently my second favorite flavor from dragon roasts lineup , I usually get one in each of my orders.
With every roast I try from Dragon Roast I am absolutely blown away. The flavours and sweetness in this coffee make it excellent to enjoy on a cold fall day. The flavours and depth have completely changed how I drink my coffee.
I missed out last year by a matter of weeks & vowed not to this time. After grinding up some bean, brewing a pot, & pouring my first cup I was instantly hit with the apple pie scents. And taking a first sip was pure joy as the apple pie notes were a nice finish to a very mellow roast. I tend to drink my coffee black & this is one that honestly deserves to be enjoyed that way the first time. My only regret is that I know once this bag is gone I will have to wait a year before I may get more. Sure I could have bought two, or perhaps more, but that honestly would do this roast a disservice. Besides it gives the other roasts the attention they also deserve for daily enjoyment! My only wish was that they had another roast for the winter months for us to transition to. Please take note dear Dragon Roast Coffee I for one would enjoy something perhaps with gingerbread or peppermint for a limited holiday roast idea. Think about it :)
I need to state this. I am a long time barista, coffee was the theme to my career. This roast, was by far the best i've had in a long time.
Being mostly Scandinavian descent, blueberries are a treasure to many of us. So this hit every note it needed to. I hand-ground it to French Press, did pour over method, and had instant results.
This was my 2nd order & I'm sure it won't be my last! Favorite so far is Barbarian, but hey I really enjoy them all!
Though most barbarians are rough and tough, this blend is nice and smooth. It didn't matter if I used my areo-press or my drip maker as the brew always came out good.
Druid has a very pleasant taste. 10/10 will buy from again.
I drink my coffee black, so I'm use to certain "harshness" coffee generally has. Not this stuff I was actually surprised. I got this after I had gone through the Paladin. Next stop is Barbarian.
I love this! I usually avoid flavored coffees because it covers up the taste of coffee beans, but the apple pie flavor adds a comforting sweetness as a compliment to already delicious beans!
