Greetings adventurers! If you haven't heard the news, we are adding a myriad of NEW classes to our party on our upcoming Kickstarter project! Today I wanted to give you a peek behind the concepts and lores behind these all new coffees with you!

Bard

Bard is an exciting new light roast that we have been wanting to release for a while now, since February actually. Our concept for this roast is to play on the theme of “Valentines Day” and capture a sweet strawberry note coupled with baked goods. This will be our second light roast in our party and one we are super excited for! While Druid holds down the plane of blueberries, Bard will be here to command the forces of strawberry.

Currently we are between a couple of different coffees we want to use for the final release of Bard and will have the nailed down soon. Originally we actually had the idea of launching our Kickstarter earlier in the year for Bard alone, but we decided to wait so we could bring a few more classes along with it.

Artificer

Artificer is going to be a weird one, just like the class itself! This is going to be our first white coffee. For those unfamiliar, a white coffee is a type of roast that is developed at a much lower temperature which allows the beans themselves to maintain a higher level of caffeine and leaves them with a smooth peanut-buttery flavor. Another interesting fact about white coffee is that since it is roasted at a lower temperature, the beans themselves remain very hard. Because of that we STRONGLY recommend getting it pre-ground as home grinders can be damaged from the structure of the beans.

Ranger

Unleash your inner explorer with our Ranger roast, channeling the flavor notes of ..... S’mores! When we approached Ranger, we knew we wanted to embrace the themes of outdoors survival and camping immediately came to mind, so we went in the direction of graham cracker and chocolate for tasting notes. This roast is really exciting for those who enjoy cream and/or sugar with their coffee as its brings out more of the sweetness of the beans and makes for a fun play on "marshmallow".

More To Come

We have two more coffees ready to go that are going to be "Stretch Goals" for the campaign. Basically this means if we reach specific funding goals, they will open up as coffees that can be purchased. The first extra roast is going to be "Cleric" if we can raise $15,000 on the campaign and the second one is a mystery roast at $25,000. We also have plans to make Oathbreaker a permanent year round addition to our party should we reach $30,000 as well. Here is a quick sneak peek of the stretch goals we have in rotation, with more to come!

Coming November 18

Our Kickstarter campaign launches on November 18 and we are so excited to be bringing these new coffees your way! Help spread the word and build up hype because we have a lot of cool stuff we want to bring your way but can only do it with your love and support.
