Greetings adventurers! As you know we launched our secret holiday roast Hexblade last week and it has been WAY more popular that we ever expected. We brought a small stash of it with us to Dragonsteel Nexus and it sold out SO FAST. We received around 3x more orders for the new roast than we were anticipating which leads me to the less fun part of this update.

Hexblade Shipping Delays

Oh the joys of launching a new product during holiday shipping terrors! Right now we are dealing with some delays on our peppermint flavoring we use in our Hexblade recipe and are sadly completely out of it. We were supposed to get a new shipment earlier this week but there were some unforeseen delays. 

What this means for you:

If you have placed an order that includes Hexblade, you may see a delay in your order fulfillment. The new shipment of our flavoring is supposed to land in our warehouse sometime Monday, and when that happens we will be all hands on deck trying to get late orders out.

This is definitely a bit of a bummer and we feel pretty bad about it but it's definitely something we have been able to learn from for the next secret releases we have planned.
